Every three years our practice undergoes a voluntary accreditation process to ensure our practice is committed to delivering the highest possible level of patient care in a safe environment.
We must comply with a strict set of RACGP Standards for general practices (which are reviewed and updated constantly) and we are independently audited to ensure these standards are met.
As part of this re-accreditation process we may ask you to participate in a confidential patient survey. These surveys are aimed at collecting your views on our practice so we can continually improve our services.
Throughout the accreditation process we have to meet and maintain a high standard with regards to clinical services, internal administration, sterilisation, infection control and safety, risk assessment, patient rights and continual quality improvement.
