Feedback:
We value the opinion and feedback from our patients on all aspects of the practice and we welcome any suggestions that you feel will improve our service. 

If you have any concerns or complaints we invite you to formally address these in writing to the Practice Manager. If you would like to take a complaint further please contact the Health & Community Services Complaints Commission (H&CCC) on 8226 8666. 

The H&CCC is the body that deals with complaints in the Health sector and they will determine if there is any further action that is required.
Patient Surveys:

Patient Surveys take place from time to time as part of re-accreditation. Surveys are aimed at collecting your views on the practice so we can continually improve our services. All data collected is valuable and confidential.

Nearby Facilities:
We are conveniently located close to two pathology collection centres in the Magnet Shopping Centre. Xray and ultrasound services are available through a private radiology firm situated at nearby Blackwood Hospital. Blackwood Clinic enjoys a good working relationship with many specialists and allied health practitioners in the local area (including dentists, optometrists, pharmacists, physiotherapists, and psychologists). Flinders Medical Centre is a short 10-15 minute drive away.
